We aim to become a hub for Vietnamese cuisine in Tokyo, where tradition meets innovation. To bring Vietnamese cuisine and culture to the global stage, and to reflect the vibrant spirit of Vietnam in every dish.

Our executive chef
Summer Le is the founder and executive chef of Nén, a restaurant group known for its innovative yet culturally grounded approach to Vietnamese cuisine.
From her hometown of Da Nang, she has expanded Nén to Ho Chi Minh City and Tokyo, earning recognition including Vietnam’s first MICHELIN Green Star.
Her work reimagines Vietnamese food with depth and a deep respect for tradition.

At Nén Tokyo, Chef Summer Le curates each menu to let Vietnamese ingredients and flavors shine – honoring the profound depth of Vietnamese cuisine. At the same time, she prioritizes sourcing ingredients that can be grown or harvested in Japan, minimizing imports while preserving authenticity.
The result is a menu that remains faithful to its roots while embracing the land it is crafted on.
